Our charming guesthouse is conveniently located within a short distance of beaches, shopping, and food: Sunset Beach (12 miles), Ocean Isle Beach (8 miles), Holden Beach (9.7 miles), and Calabash (13 miles). This 500 sq. ft. newly remodeled guesthouse is designed to provide all the comforts of home. Equipped with a comfy queen bed, sofa, kitchenette (no stove), and clean open space. There is a shared driveway with the property owners who reside in the 75-year-old farmhouse they are remodeling.

Newly remodeled Bathroom has stand up shower. Bed is a double/full and for this reason we only allow 2 guests. Full wrap around porch overlooking yard.

Access to two neighborhood pools and a gym. 1.9 miles from Sunset Beach. This unit is a studio condo with a full bathroom and a Kitchenette with Refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave , toaster oven with air fryer and sink. Charming waterfront private entrance 1 bedroom apartment. Just a block and a half from the beach, and right on the water! Feel free to use the tiki bar and deck and hot tub. Use of bikes, kayaks and soft top surfboards available upon request. We live upstairs and may be able to provide a free surf lesson when we are free The home is 1.5 blocks away from the ocean. Pets are welcome with owner permission and a $25/pet fee
