This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

We have friendly animals like peacocks, goats, chickens, pigs, miniature donkeys and a free roaming friendly squirrel named Agnes. You r welcome to pick fresh eggs for ur breakfast. This centrally located home(20 minutes to downtown/broadway and 15 to the airport) is in a deep water cove on Old Hickory Lake. We allow up to two pets under 40lbs each for a one time $189 pet fee.
