Two miles from Cortland and a short drive to Ithaca, Syracuse, easy access to I-81, the Finger Lakes Region, local breweries and wineries, 3 different ski resorts, indoor waterpark, golf courses.

The Little House

Light-filled, restored 19th-century cottage in the Village of Groton, 20 minutes from Ithaca. 900 square-feet of space, original woodwork and hardware, contemporary appliances and amenities. Guests have exclusive use of the entire house. Downstairs: fully-equipped kitchen, living room with gas stove, foldout couch.
