Nestled between farmland and the mountains, you’ll find a cottage where sunsets are painted in the sky and reflected on the water of beautiful Boone Lake. Whether you want to catch deer grazing in the yard while you drink your coffee, soak up the sun, or sleep late and catch the sunset from the porch, there’s something for everyone to enjoy from this beautiful property. Centrally located between Bristol (Casino and State Street), Johnson City (ETSU), and Kingsport (Eastman and Bay’s Mountain).

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Our Mountain Chalet is the Perfect GETAWAY. Best location to stay in our ENTIRE Area. We are in the city limits of Kingsport, 3 miles from downtown. A DOG MUST BE PRE-APPROVED and there will be an additional pet fee. I do not charge a cleaning fee as long as guest leave place clean as found. Charter cable TV and WIFI access provided. Also located on our 6-acre estate is another BNB rental the "BEARFOOT RETREAT", a 3BR house should a larger group want to stay close together.

Quiet cottage in town

Guest cottage on a large, quiet lot in town. Convenient to ETSU, Mountain Home VA, Johnson City Medical Center, and just minutes from downtown Johnson City or Historic Jonesborough. This is a stand-alone tiny house that shares a driveway with my home. The cottage has a full bath with laundry, kitchen, a queen bed in the main bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. Ample off street parking for bigger vehicles or those pulling a trailer.

Chestnut Ridge Retreat

Guest love the peace and the views here at our retreat. Enjoy a morning or evening in the hot tub, sun on the pool deck and swim in warm weather. Build a fire and relax in the pavilion by the fireplace or sit around the fire pit. Guests comment that they sleep so well in the room. Walk to property to see the chickens, horse and donkey. Just a great place to just relax!

Chic Basement Cottage in the Woods

Quiet rural neighborhood with a country feel. Four miles to restaurants and super market, less than 30 minutes to Bristol Raceway. Around the corner from Appalachian Fairgrounds. Lots of hiking, walking, museums, historical sites, colleges, local breweries and eats! Air and water purification systems provided. Patio with fire pit and a view of the forest.

My Hope Home #1

A spacious two-bedroom house (duplex). Only 5 minutes from ETSU. Only 3 minutes from the VA hospital. About 7 minutes from downtown Johnson City. Close to Food City, Aldi and restaurants. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

Private Classy/Rustic adjoins Cherokee Nat Forest

A quiet little get away on the edge of the Cherokee National Forest. It’s an experience...not just a place to sleep! =) If you send a message, I may not respond right away because we are working everyday in the flood devastated areas with limited service. Please be patient.🤗
