Sitting pretty in a wild flower meadow surrounded by open fields, this barn conversion is countryside simplicity at its best: updated appliances and rustic furniture arranged for open-plan living to relax unwind and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. The barn is located in the meadow behind our thatched cottage. The space is entirely your own and is self catered with a well equipped open plan kitchen. We're on hand should you need any advice or assistance during your stay, though you'll have your own privacy and can interact as much or as little as you'd like. Enjoy pastoral tranquility here whilst being within an easy 10-minute reach of the medieval charm of Lavenham. Public footpaths are close by or venture further afield to admire the beautiful Cathedral in Bury St Edmunds. Once you arrive in the barn, there is a small collection of books about the surrounding area and county. We can of course recommend places to visit.

Kingfisher Nook is light and airy with panoramic views of the beautiful Waveney valley. We have private river access for fishing from our garden, scenic walks and cycle rides from the door step, & excellent local pub within 15 min walk. BYO kayak to explore the local river wildlife, or hire our new Hot tub to enjoy the sunset over the valley. Located on Norfolk/Suffolk border, an ideal base to explore the many delights of the region, including beaches, historic villages and numerous attractions

Hayloft at The Stables

A 2 bedroom first floor flat with kitchen, cosy living area, and bathroom, above our home on the ground floor. You share our front door, but access the flat through a door to the stairs immediately on entering the hall. Sleeps 4. Bedrooms are in the eaves, so have restricted head room in places. Excellent broadband. It was the hayloft above an old carriage house. A peaceful setting in pretty village, with a pub, a short drive to Diss. We live on the ground floor. Large garden, good parking.

“The Elms Shepherds Hut”

Our beautiful little shepherds hut is ready for letting. Get away from it all and stay under the stars deep in the Suffolk countryside. Our Shepherds hut is situated in the corner of our field surrounded by hedging and stunning views. If you’re a keen cyclist there’s many different routes in the area as well as many footpaths for avid ramblers. If star gazing is your thing then we can promise you we are not affected by light pollution and if you’re lucky you’ll hear our resident owls too.

The Dovecote is a beautifully appointed self - contained annexe in Snetterton Village with lovely garden views providing a perfect base for Snetterton Racetrack (2 Miles) and close to A11. Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. We offer accommodation for up 2 people consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, kitchenette, and lounge with double sofa bed for additional guests . The Pod can accommodate 2 adults and 2 young children sleeping on the sofa bed. The Pod is self contained, with an en-suite shower room and kitchenette. There is an indoor and outdoor table and chairs for eating or if you just want to sit outside and enjoy the piece and quiet and admire the view.
