It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

A unique, tranquil and authentic Slovenian experience with some modern style. Soul to reset. A cute studio in a beautiful peaceful generational farm. With great views, abundance of nature, bike tracks at the door, organic food and only 20min bus ride to Maribor (bus stop is 5 min walk). 15 min drive to The Wine Rd which weaves through Slovenia and Austria. Der Troadkasten ist ein alter Getreidespeicher, ein traditonell gezimmertes Hozhaus, das wir liebevoll zum gemütlichen Chalet umgestaltet haben. Das Häuschen befindet sich direkt auf unserem Bio-Bergbauernhof auf 1100 m Seehöhe und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

This modern apartment lays on the magical altitude of 1111m and can accomodate 3 adults. It has a wonderful mountain view you can enjoy while relaxing on a roof covered terrace. It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

Genießen Sie die ruhige, entschleunigte Atmosphäre in unserem Vintage-Häuschen, ideal für 2 bis maximal 4 Personen. Haustiere sind gerne willkommen! Bettwäsche, Hand- und Geschirrtücher stellen wir zur Verfügung, WLAN, Tourismusabgabe, Pellets (Heizmaterial) und alle Betriebskosten sind im Preis inkludiert!

Baumhaus buchengrün ist ein toller Ort für eine Auszeit am Waldrand. Es ist umgeben von Bäumen, Wiesen, einer Feuerstelle und Tiergehegen. Besonders wurde wert gelegt auf hochwertige Architektur: Das Baumhaus ist nachhaltig und mit hochwertigen Materialien errichtet und bietet ein Wohlfühl-Ambiente mitten in der Natur. Es wurde bereits mit der Geramb Rose 2024, einem steirischen Architekturpreis sowie einem Holzbaupreis ausgezeichnet. Es liegt ruhig abseits des Hofgefüges.

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

Ferienhaus im Grünen auf 1100m Seehöhe

Ein gemütliches Ferienhaus etwas abseits unseres Bauernhofes lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen auf über 1100m Seehöhe ein. Das Haus liegt in sonniger Lage, mit Aussicht in die wunderbare Natur. Es liegt nur 5 km von der A2 entfernt in Modriach, in der schönen Weststeiermark. Absolut keine Störgeräusche von Autos oder sonstigem. Aktuell gibt es super Rodelmöglichkeiten! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im 15km entfernten Ort Edelschrott oder im Ort Hirschegg.

An old log house in the middle of the forest, surrounded by large trees, dense bushes and wide meadows, which was completely renovated 3 years ago. Silence and pure nature. It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
