Das App. Bertl befindet sich im neu erbauten Ferienhaus Kraiter im EG , in bester Lage in Schladming. Es sind nur 200 Meter ins Zentrum, 500 Meter zur Planaigondel und direkt am Eingang des schönen Wanderweges "Wilde Wasser". Das gesamte Haus besteht nur aus 3 Wohneinheiten, jeweils mit einem eigenen Eingang. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vorm Haus. Es besteht die Möglichkeit Fahrräder oder Motorräder in unserer Garage abzustellen. Zum Grillen und Entspannen lädt der dazugehörige Garten ein.

The garden loft is located in the center of Murau, directly on the Murpromenade. On 2 floors (approx. 80 qm) it offers a spacious living, dining and 2 sleeping areas. Highlights are the continuous glass front with a view of the Mur and the garden, as well as the covered terrace with lounge area and dining table. On the 1st floor is the master bedroom (double bed, incl. door). On the 2nd floor are more sleeping possibilities: 1 double bed and 2 single beds (bunk bed) - both in the open space.

The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house.
