Our cozy guest cabin is nestled in the forest a five minute walk to the beach & near mountain biking trails. Dine Al fresco on the large patio! Access to the outdoor jacuzzi. Terrycloth robes supplied. Well equipped kitchen includes a full size fridge, convection oven, hotplate, microwave, grinder, coffee maker & outdoor propane BBQ. Indoor shower. Eco friendly Sun-Mar composting toilet in a separate building. There is a wall mounted Monitor (no cable) to connect to your devices.

The Snug

This charming spot is a perfect place to put your feet up in front of the fire after a day of hiking or skiing. Nestled among tall fir trees on a quiet road, the Tudor style character home is both comfortable and stylish. The main living room is focused around a big hearth for gathering and there’s a separate lounge for games and tv. Outside the kitchen doors there’s lots of deck space for outdoor dining or just to soak up a bit of sun - also a cozy patio fire pit to gather around.

Make some memories at this unique family friendly guesthouse located in Seal Bay Park with 10km of trails for walking or riding, walking distance to Bates beach fishing resort, 10 minute drive to Kitty Coleman beach and just under 40 minutes to Mount Washington. There is a private fully fenced yard with space for up to two RV’s at an additional cost of $30 per RV per night. Ideal for larger groups with RV’s wanting extra living space. Dogs welcome at an additional charge.

It's small, but has huge heart. We welcome you to our sweet property.

Happy Valley’s Hobbit Lodge is a modern yet rustic, not so tiny, tinyhome! Here you will find yourself surrounded by nature with the convenience of city amenities within a 5 minute drive. We own a hobby farm on the property that shares a fence line with the trails in your forest. Be sure to stop by and say hello to our donkey, goat, sheep and pig!

Our glamping camper was renovated in 2024, and has a double bed, kitchen, bathroom, and your own fire pit right out front. Our 2.5 acre property contains both a newly renovated motel complete with lawn games and a bookable private spa, complete with a cedar hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge.
