St Mary Bourne offers two excellent pubs, a village shop and beautiful rural walks/runs along the Test Way. Close proximity to the Clock Barn wedding venue. Attractions such as Bombay Sapphire, Highclere Castle, Winchester and Salisbury are close by.

Off road, gated, parking in grounds of main family house and next to the annex. Easy driving (3 miles) from the charming town of Alresford and the cultural, historic city of Winchester (10 miles). There are plenty of lovely pubs for walks and lunches to keep you fed and watered for a fortnight!

Your self-contained home includes parking on the drive, a stylish double bedroom, shower room, living area (with full double-width sofa bed) incorpoating a full kitchen/washing machine. Its an easy 10 minute downhill stroll across the park (lovely for a sunset picnic) to historic Winchester.

Private Annexe in Overton, Hampshire

This accommodation is a self contained annex which is located in the rear garden of the main property. It includes a bedroom with two single beds, a living area with TV including Sky Q (sports, cinema and kids) and free WiFi access. The kitchen includes an electric oven with hob and fridge freezer. There will be a small selection of tea and coffee on arrival. There is no facility for washing clothes. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink and shower.

Secluded and peaceful home in beautiful village

A delightful detached two storey property in the grounds of Whitethorn cottage, in the picturesque village of Crawley near the historic city of Winchester. Secluded and quiet with pleasant garden views. Nicely furnished to a high standard throughout. Crawley is a beautiful classic English village with an excellent gastro pub, within easy walking distance. We will be available to offer help and advice on the many places to visit in the local area.

Set in the grounds of a Grade II listed thatched cottage on the edge of Kings Worthy village, our annex is beautifully decorated and comfortable. With its own entrance and small private outdoor area, this property combines rural charm and handy local amenities (bus stop just outside to central Winchester and fantastic local pub just a two minute walk away). Tea and coffee are provided as well as breakfast cereals, bread/butter and fruit jams.

The Hidden House is a slice of modern luxury tucked away in the heart of Winchester. Detached and private, this space is perfectly placed for exploring Winchester and all it has to offer. The "Loft House" was built in 2017 and has been freshly decorated to create a calm and stylish space. It is situated in a truly beautiful and tranquil rural location, and is a fantastic base to explore this lovely part of Hampshire. It is a cosy compact space so ideal for a couple or two adults, and could also accommodate up to two children. It is not suitable for more than two adults.
