The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.

The bedroom has a queen size bed. WiFi and TV. The perfect place for two to enjoy fresh air, peace and quiet, sound from water and beautiful Stockholm archipelago.
