The décor of the house is modern with a lake flare. The home has been completely remodeled over the past 10 years with updated appliances and comforts this affords. It is 1 1/2 blocks from the village of Hammondsport and all of its wonderfulness!! It is also 4 1/2 blocks from the edge of Keuka lake. The community park and swimming area are only 1 1/2 blocks away. There is off street parking behind the house with 3 spots. There is outside seating on the front and back porches.

Located in the heart of the Finger Lakes there is so much to do hiking, kayaking, boating/fishing, to the numerous "trails" to include cheese, beer and wine as well as plenty of events and festivals to enjoy.
