It was built in 2025 with a modern design. The private garden is a rare find, perfect for dinners outdoors. There’s a little welcome gift just to make you smile when you arrive. Our Tinyhouse Schneeweißchen offers full comfort in a small space. It is a mobile, partially self-sufficient caravan made of wood with a garden and terrace. Schneeweißchen has about 18m² and is equipped with a photovoltaic system. There is a kitchen with a water-logged wood-burning stove, a 2-burner gas hob, a bathroom with a shower and a composting toilet. A super large double bed offers space for 2 people. Schneeweißchen stands together with Rosenrot on a 600m² garden.

Hagenauer House

Relax in our quiet home in the middle of the green part of Vienna. The newly renovated studio is in an absolutely quiet location in Hietzing. With around 48m2 it offers a cozy home for four people. The apartment is equipped with all amenities: fully equipped kitchen including coffee machine, kettle and cooking utensils, modern bathroom with waterfall shower, comfortable bed and sofa. The entire furniture is brand new and lovingly selected by us.
