Welcome to our warm and inviting historic farm home. Enjoy a quaint and cozy stay with easy access to Athens, UGA, Madison, Monroe, and Watkinsville. You will enjoy the entire second floor. The space offers two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a third room with a double bed that can be used as a bedroom or common room, and a full bathroom with an antique claw foot tub and shower. There's no access to the downstairs. You can also relax on the front porch or back deck overlooking 9 wooded acres.

The Portico cabin, built in the 1870's, is cozy, rustic and carefully preserved. It is ideal for a couples getaway, small family staycation or solo retreat to escape everyday life and connect with nature. Enjoy the cabin and surrounding 60 acres, featuring walking trails, fishing pond, a large fire pit, river access with canoes, and historic church, The Portico. Located only 20 minutes from UGA in the small town of Statham, Georgia, Cherry Street Farmhouse is the the perfect farm stay! The farmhouse sits in the middle of ten acres right off Broad Street. The pastures around Cherry Street Farmhouse are home to our goat herd! The home was built in 1947 and fully renovated in 2022, this home boasts a large front porch, stylish design, and great wifi. Cherry Street Farmhouse is less than a mile to restaurants and antique stores. There is a train nearby.
