Only a casual stroll to the town centre of Edithburgh (approx. 1km) Walk the Yorke just across the road that goes to Edithburgh or Sultana Point, which has the beautiful mosaic trail! Relax and unwind on the large deck while viewing Fishermans Jetty, Troubridge Island Sultana Point and the Wattle Point Wind Farm. All linens, bathmats and towels are provided. On the ground floor there is a family dining room, full kitchen, main bedroom with spa, pool table and a TV parlor. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, a full bathroom, kitchenette, home theatre and balcony with outdoor seating for 9.

Perfect for a large family, groups or several families travelling together, maximum 14 inclusive of infants. The Palms is comprised of 2 buildings (house & unit) each with kitchen, bathroom & 3 bedrooms. The configuration of the bedrooms in the house are 2 queen beds & 2 bunks (4 single beds), with the unit having a queen bed & 2 sets of bunks (4 singles). Quilts & pillows are provided for all beds, and guests will need to bring their own linen and towels with them.

Our beach house can sleep a maximum of 6 people across 3 bedrooms. There is one bathroom, kitchen, lounge and dining that overlook the bay with floor to ceiling doors and windows. The views are unmatched and with direct beach access you’ll feel like you have your own private haven!
