Two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom; 2nd full bath is downstairs. There are 2 pools (one heated) and the beach is a 4 minute walk away. We are centrally located off A1A Beach Boulevard in Anastasia Island and within 1 mile to many restaurants and a 10 minute drive to Old Town St. Augustine.
