Kick back and relax in this sweet cozy cabin near some favorite local spots in the area. Quick access (under 5 minutes) to Maidstone beach, Rita’s Cantina, Bostwicks on the Harbor, S&S Coffee Shop, Springs Tavern…to name a few. In 10-12 minute drive you can be in East Hampton village or Amagansett Village. The home is set on a half acre in a serene setting in the Lions Head beach association. Walk to private access bay beach from the property. The cabin was renovated top to bottom in 2025.

The Fisherman's cottage with separate studio/office on private 1/2 acre is located off Springy Banks Road near Three Mile Harbor. Walk to a market & restaurant, 5 minute drive to East Hampton Village, 10 minutes to ocean beaches. The main house has central AC, spacious living room, eat-in-kitchen, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Kick back and relax in this calm, light filled home in Lionshead’s Private Beach Community. Paddle right out off your backyard. Enjoy organic garden vegetables, feed the swans. Kayac into the sunsets or sit by a gorgeous fireplace.This is a NO SMOKING , no vaping and no party home. If you are intending to travel with your dog please let us know prior to your arrival and ask for permission. We are very dog friendly but would love to know what kind of dog and will decide ASAP

Charming Bungalow on the Bay

This newly remodeled 1960’s bungalow is the perfect getaway for couples and families alike. Located right on Gardiner’s Bay, there’s a gorgeous view of the water from the large windows and front porch. From the front steps you can follow the 300 yard path to your own private beach where you can wade, swim, snorkel, paddleboard, or just enjoy the amazing view and salt air. **POOL CLOSES SEPTEMBER 30TH** **POOL opens last week of May** This is a guest house for 1 or 2 adults. Its separate from the main house. Kids are allowed but must bring own sleeping arrangements. You do NOT have to do any chores before checking out. **PETS NOT ALLOWED** I hate to do this but someone ruined it for everyone. Max Occupancy: 4 Guests can only bring 1 vehicle since there is not enough room in the driveway
