Due to allergies of visiting family & friends we do NOT ALLOW PETS OR COMPANION ANIMALS, so you can rest assured that animal allergens will NOT be an issue! Located within walking distance of all things Tarpon Springs and just a short 7 min drive to Fred Howard Beach, Cooper Cabin is decorated with fun decor and a relaxing front porch balcony with bistro set. What a view, what a really good view, YES IT IS! Watch the sunrise and sunset over the water on a private dock. We have 2 canoes and 2 kayaks to enjoy the water or bring your boat! This is a place you will want to come back to time and time again. Water views from all angles, you will feel like you're on a houseboat there's so much water! Plenty of room for outdoor games and activities. Pet friendly. Just a short drive to downtown Inverness and 30 minutes to Crystal River. Simply perfect!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful corner lot cottage on a canal off of the Weeki Wachee river with two sides of water only a short paddle to crystal clear water just North of hospital hole . And I’m super excited to let everyone know the seawall has just been completed looks amazing definitely has transformed our property. The next phase will be a dock so as of now no dock so if you like to bring a boat only people with power poles will be able to do so . No where to tie off yet .

Close to Weeki Wachee, Homosassa and Crystal River for manatee viewing or scallop season.

This property has 200 feet of river frontage. It is located next to Rogers Park & beach on the Weeki Wachee river. The living facility is a renovated trailer and large vestibule with a bar and screened patio area. There are a charcoal grill, kayaks, cable TV and Wifi available for entertainment.
