The best city view of Berlin

Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Wir sind ursprünglich als Gutsbrennerei Teil eines Rittergutes mit Gutshaus, Ställen und Gutspark. Unser Haus liegt im nordöstl. Speckgürtel von Berlin. Umgeben von mehreren sehr grossen Seen ( 1 bis 3 km lang) in der Nähe, teilweise zu Fuss aber immer mit Fahrrad oder Pkw erreichbar. Der Gutspark beginnt vor unserer Tür und erstreckt sich über mehrere Hektar mit romantischen Aleen und grossen Grünflächen, ideal für ein Picknick. Ihr bewegt euch auf den Spuren von Theodor Fontane.

Minimal Hostel is ideally located for exploring the city. You can walk to Schlesisches Tor underground station in less than 10 minutes and the East Side Gallery is a 15-minute walk away. Minimal is surrounded by numerous restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and small shops. If you come with your children, there is a children's farm, the beautiful Treptower Park and several playgrounds nearby. We are not a party hostel. Smoke-free, no alcohol is allowed in the hostel.

One room available in my three-room flat. Bellevue S-Bahn Station 5 minutes walk. Room on the backyard, with view on the inner garden. Happy to help with any info on Berlin. Suitable for professionals and tourists, singles and couples. Please, send your booking request and specify your arrival time, to better manage the check-in procedure. A deposit for the keys is required. 100 euros to be fully refunded when you return the keys.
