No extra fees for pets or cleaning & all we ask for check-out is to text when you leave and lock the door. Above ground pool available during summer months of June July & August.

Owner has a separate apartment in the basement with a separate entrance. There is a lock on both sides of the door going to the basement at the bottom of the stairs.
