The Pod is a completely independent first floor apartment accessed via its own courtyard entrance the ground level. Not suitable for disabled access. We respect your privacy. We will greet you on arrival but will leave you to enjoy your stay. We run the Architectural and Interior Design showroom on the ground floor. Hop on a bus to Fen Drayton’s famous nature reserve and visit the myriad of historic and picturesque villages in the the area. St Ives sits on the river Ouse with a pretty quayside and excellent independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. There is a carpark directly opposite the pod. We are a 2 minute walk to the river and shops of St.Ives. It is just a ten minute walk to St Ives’s famous ‘Guided Busway’, where regular buses will whizz you into Central Cambridge in less than 40 minutes

Little Acres is a first floor self-contained apartment situated in a quiet village on the edge of the Vale of Belvoir, Leicestershire / Lincolnshire border. Just a 2-minute drive from the A1 and close to the A52. The Apartment is located on the first floor of our home, above the garages, ideal for 2 people, but can sleeps up to 4. Entry is through a shared utility area (separate to our house) and a private stair case leads to the apartment. We also offer private off road parking for one car.

The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

Entire private flat with own entrance set in the picturesque village of Laneham with lots of local attractions. Ideal for small families and couples looking for a countryside break or for work trips being reasonably close to Lincoln, Newark and Retford. Wonderful studio flat overlooking Rutland Water, in the village of Edith Weston. Walk through the paddock onto the bridleway around Rutland Water or to the local pub and farm shop. 5 miles from Georgian Stamford and Burghley House, or to Oakham and Uppingham.
