Seasonal facilities (incl. heated jacuzzi) gradually open from 1 May (weather-dependent), fully operational 1 June–1 October. Apartment with 2 bedrooms almost directly on the sea. A small cozy complex with a courtyard and a swimming pool for adults and children. It consists of a large living room with a sofa bed, a cozy kitchen with all necessary equipment, a bedroom with an internal shower and toilet, a second bedroom, a separate toilet with a shower and two verandas. To the sea 50 meters, to shops (Lidl) 5 minutes , to cafes and restaurants 7 minutes on foot. Incredible sea view, spacious apartment for 5 adults.

Cozy, family-oriented place, mainly used from my friends. Whenever it's available, I let this, very personal, project to my future friends. I have made this place for my comfort. It's all natural, with environmentally-friendly materials and a 'safe guard' electricity auto protection. It is the only apartment on the 4th floor, no elevator! In winter you can seen Black Sea through the Sea Garden from the window. 5 min walk to the beach and so to the main street.
