Lovely Beach House at Greatstone, Dungeness, Kent

This beautiful beach house sits right by the sea with direct access to the enormous sandy beach and dunes. A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Our bright, comfy and cosy beach home, with separate snooker/table-tennis/darts annexe, is located on the widest sweep of the picturesque Pevensey Bay. Brimming with ever-changing sea and sky views and well-equipped for an easy and truly memorable stay, quality time with friends and family is spent relaxing, playing games, swimming, walking, reading, as well as exploring the attractions and culture of nearby coastal towns, historic landmarks and beautiful South Downs National Park.

Unique eco sustainable guest house built in 2022 with stunning views over private fields lined with Oak Trees as well as views overlooking a private new pristine 17m swimming pool, heated from 1st April to Sept end 2025, (pool open Oct-Mar but not heated). Facing St Mary’s Church, the house is surrounded by cobbled streets, period architecture, literary associations, stunning coastline, and vibrant culture. Camber's sandy beaches and dunes are an easy walk/cycle/drive away. A High Street full of independent shops, restaurants, inns, art galleries, Kino cinema, Rye Spa Retreat, tea rooms is round the cobbly corner.
