Our home offers the ultimate private island experience as it's located in a community with only five other homes. Built in 2010, the house offers all modern amenities for a comfortable stay including a cook’s kitchen, four bathrooms, high ceilings, three balconies, and beautiful natural light. Feel like you are staying in the trees and enjoy the many outdoor amenities.

Gwynns Island Waterfront Getaway

Great cottage on the water with a fantastic view of the bay and best sunset on the east coast. Sliding glass doors make it feel like your on the water when your sitting on the couch or in the kitchen. You can crab, fish, kayak, grill out and swim right off the back deck. Very peaceful and relaxing. The newly renovated island restuarant is a mile away with a bar and bascically anything you would want to eat. My father left us the house, we use all the proceeds from Airbnb to make improvements.

Swimming, fishing, kayaking or canoeing (equipment provided), or just relax on one of the docks or porches. You can do as much or little as you desire.

Emerald Cottage- Lake front & kayaks & HGTV!

Emerald Cottage was featured on HGTV's House Hunters in October 2023! The Cottage is a 2 bedroom (queen bed), 1 bath with a quaint sun porch (bedroom 2) which provides ceiling to floor windows, has a daybed with trundle which sleeps 2, and a beautiful water view. The living room couch makes out into small a bed. Bathroom has large Calcatta marble shower and a full sized washer & dryer are included as well! 5 CABINS AVAILABLE: We can sleep 34 in beds! (More if on couches and cots)
