Come and unwind at our 'intimate piece of paradise!' We started building this cabin in 2022, with the dream of having a personal get away spot. Everything you see is handcrafted by myself, wife and our two kids. There's amenities that we think everyone will love, including: heated floors, heated towel rack, bath tub on the front porch, huge windows and so much more! Basketball goal/ball, bag toss, board games, fire pit and incredible stargazing 20-30 minute drive from Pedestal Rocks, Haw Creek, Pam’s Grotto, Alum Cove, Falling Water Falls and many more scenic areas. Upper Buffalo/Boxley Valley only 45 minutes away. HVAC and wood-burning or enjoy the cool evenings with windows open and ceiling fans running. NO HUNTING

Modern, brand new a-frame cabin on the river. Overlooks the peaceful Illinois river. Watch the floaters go by from the comfort of your deck. The cabin is luxurious with all the modern amenities, hot tub professionally maintained, fast wifi and Roku TV. This is the perfect place to sneak away with a loved one for a long weekend on the river. By day you watch the constant stream of floater and kayakers, by early evening it’s the wildlife’s turn with eagles, owls and crane take over the banks.

Modern High End Cabin #3 on Horsehead Lake

Roxy Ridge is a very unique cabin development that boast incredible National Forest and Lake Views within walking distance to Horsehead Lake and the newly developed Horsehead Lake Lodge and Event Center. Roxy Ridge 3, the third cabin in the development contains a full kitchen that overlooks the open living room and balcony. The unit has one bedroom, one sleeper sofa and bathroom. The balcony and lookout tower will take your breath with the surrounding nature and tree top feel of it all.

Thunder Ridge —Entire House pet-friendly near NOLA

Thunder Ridge at the Forest Retreat is an adults-only pet-friendly getaway. Children may come only during specific holidays. Your house will be unlocked. Check-in is a 3 p.m. Here you are surrounded by the Homochitto National Forest. Take a picnic to the sand-bars along the pristine spring-fed creek. Hike or mountain bike on the remote forest roads. Make some memories at this unique and serene place. Overlooking the beautiful Ozark mountains, enjoy the stunning sunrise, or take a ride on Buckhorn Trails with your side by side or four wheeler. A 25 minute drive to the University of Arkansas if calling the Hogs is more your style! We are a short drive to Lake Fort Smith state park here in Mountainburg for fishing or swimming in the pool. We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.

The Moonshack - An Off Grid Experience on 50 Acres

Are you looking for a place to disconnect, a place of peace and rest? This secluded, solar powered, off-grid cabin on 50 acres in the Ozark Mountains is located right next to a beautiful spring that runs down to a dam and waterwheel. The sounds of water and nature will be all you hear. Most of our guests come and completely disconnect from the craziness of the world for a few days without ever leaving. We all need a quiet place and we hope you'll find that here at the Moonshack.
