The Private Guest House is set on our property which is located on a corner (1.5 acre lot) close to the east side of Evansville. The convenient large circle drive makes it easy to enter and exit. The east side of Evansville offers Malls, Shopping, Restaurants, Bars, Entertainment, Gyms, Starbucks, and Theaters. The property is located only 10 minutes from Downtown and the Ford Center due to close proximity to Lloyd Expressway. Check out the Casino and Riverfront if you’re in the Downtown Area!

IU Fans! This quaint apartment home is about five miles east of Bloomington and the IU Campus on Hwy 446. The property borders Hoosier National Forest and adjoins 8 miles of hiking trails, with just a short trek to Lake Monroe and a mile to Paynetown SRA. The living room has a wall of windows that looks out over the woods. A bright and airy kitchen w/ all major appliances is off of the living room. An interesting bedroom with a dormer and a large bathroom/ laundry room complete the home.

Studio apartment with a balcony if you decide to hang out and relax for the evening. There is a cook top, but no oven in the kitchen. Park in the driveway in front of the garage. Pine Tree Cottage is a cozy spacious efficiency apartment located at Woodcrest Farm. Our farm is a great location for a relaxing getaway. Walking trails and a relaxing garden and garden house is available for our guests. Woodcrest Farm is close to Hoosier National Forest, Spring Mill State Park and the Milwaukee Walking Trail, all within less than 1/2 hour traveling distance.
