The house is surrounded by beautiful farmland, overlooking a valley with roaming beef/dairy cows. Sit on our swing or at our fire pit and watch the amazing sunset. We are 18 min. from the Ark and 40 min. from Creation Museum. Country Pumpkins Fall Festival is 9/7 thru 10/31. Enjoy free tickets to Pumpkin Ridge.

The Goat-el at Old 40 Farm

Spend your night in the most unique "barn" you'll ever find. Complete with a full bath & shared with 20+ goats, 2 ponies, and other farm animals, you're sure to have a memorable stay (the animals have their own space). There is also a walking path to a small pond on the property & ample free parking. Should you time your stay right you could join in on goat yoga or another farm event! This barn is located just off I-70 & a short drive to several areas colleges, the casino, & entertainment!

Waters Edge Racing Stable

Built in 2013, Water's Edge is a secluded, warm, & rustic 2nd story home sit above a horse barn turned epic R.E. office w/ perhaps the best view in the county! Enjoy the sunrise over the pond from the 12'x30' deck, or the animals grazing to the south. The Farm Stay is entrmt central boasting of a lg open living room/full kitchen with a wood pellet stove for your enjoyment on those cold winter nights! Not to mention catch&release fishing, corn hole, tetherball, volleyball, or bonfire!

Our Sunset House is the perfect place for the whole family, a weekend getaway, or retreat on the 55 acre farm. 28 mins from spooky nook sports complex If you are planning a visit to Miami University or brookville lake the home is located less than 10 minutes from campus And 15 from the lake. a perfect place to unwind, but also be close to shopping and food. Updates made but the home still has a rustic charm. Make memories and relax by the fire pit. (Firewood and s’mores provide)

Our property is a quiet rural area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still within 15-20 minutes of city life and shopping. Your private unit is located in our brand new pole barn on our historic farm. It is a lower level unit that sleeps 4 and has 1 bedroom and 1 bath.
