Paritalon toinen puolikas, isäntäväki asuu toisella puolella. Pari makuuhuonetta, isot oleskelutilat, keittiö ja saunaosasto. Käytössä myös terassi ja aidattu takapiha. Rauhallinen omakotitaloalue. Olemme järven lähellä, mutta rantaan ei ole pääsyä. Lähimmät uimarannat ovat Idänpään tai Matkolammin uimaranta, jotka molemmat sijaitsevat noin 1,5 km päässä. Hämeenlinnan keskusta on vain reilun kolmen kilometrin päässä, ja lähimmälle golfkentällekin on vain reilu kilometri.

Pikkuinen koti

Pikkukoti sijaitsee lähellä upeita Salpausselän ulkoilumaastoja. Lahden Hiihtostadioni on viiden kilometrin päässä. P-H keskussairaala kävelymatkan päässä. Kesäisin näppärät sähköpyörät vuokrattavissa lähipysäkiltä. Talon alakerrassa idyllinen puusauna vilvoittelutiloineen. Omassa rauhallisessa pihassa on omena ja luumupuita. Kesäisin puuron päälle voi hakea vadelmia tai syksyn tullen pyöräyttää vaikka omenapiirakka pihan ompuista tai vain makoilla riippukeinussa.

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

A unique three story single family house is located in an easily accessible part of the Old Town.The house`s thick limestone walls are partly the tower of the medieval city wall. You will find romance and privacy here within the small Scottish Park, behind a lockable gates to the park and your small private garden. Täydellinen kahdelle, ( 140 leveä sänky), mutta majoittaa tarvittaessa neljä (2 vuodesohvalla). Oma piha, kaksi terassia, puusauna, grillipaikka ja täysin varusteltu keittiö. Erinomainen valinta lomalle tai työmatkalle. Huom! Lähin kauppa tai ravintola ei ole aivan nurkan takana, joten varaa mukaan eväät ja herkut – täällä nautitaan omassa rauhassa.

Countryside home near Nuuksio Forest

My place used to be an attic of a barn, but now it is a cozy home with everything you need for modern life. We are situated very close to Nuuksio National Park: mushroom and berry picking is possible close-by. With some luck you can see elks and deers from the terrace. The house easily takes four people, but with with sofas and additional mattresses, a few more. Pets are welcome, if they behave. Sauna is available upon request and for a 20€ fee.
