Sit out under the Greek sky on a private terrace overlooking the sparkling shared pool in an authentic chalky-white Cycladic villa complex. In keeping, this Mezzanine loft apartment has been dressed in white with blanched shades of beige and blue. “Ivi" is a 57 square meter upper floor suite with an open concept and a swimming pool view. It is part of a housing complex with Mykonean architecture and is located next to Ornos Beach. It can accommodate up to 4-people . It has a fully equipped kitchen, one double bed in the loft, one couch that turns into a double bed and one single couch (80 cm width) . Ornos Beach is located on the southwest corner of Mykonos island and only three kilometers from Mykonos town. Together with places to eat and drink there are also supermarkets, butcher, pharmacy, and bakery. Due, for the most part to the sea’s sandy bottom which drops off very gently from the shore, Ornos beach provides the perfect family beach. Access to and from Mykonos town is made easy with a frequent local bus service. A daily boat service to other Mykonos beaches as well as excursions to the island of Delos are available from this bay which also provides a good anchorage for yachts. There's a regular bus to Mykonos town, daily boat trips to the island's other beaches, and excursions to the island of Delos from the bay. Public Transportation only takes 10 mins. by bus to town. Bus stop is less then 10 min. walk.

Here you will experience unique moments of relaxation and complete tranquillity in an authentically traditional area, without missing any of the comforts of the modern way of living, which we have quietly incorporated in all our dwellings. Our settlement is built on a hill slope and it has such an orientation that it offers an impressive mountain, valley and sea view from all houses. During night hours, thousands of stars will magnetize your eyes. And at day musical sounds, vivid colours and perfums, captivating scents, pure flavours and the close touch with nature will awaken all your senses and their remembrance will remain unforgettable. There are many communal areas, all free accessible from our guest. There is a barbecue area with a wooden oven and a big dinning area under a pergola. A small but fully equipment fitness room, a steam bath, mountain bikes, a 40m² eco swimming pool - heated when required, cd, dvd and book library, and a traditional style, on honor system working and only with local products, mini market - cafe. I'm spending few hours per day at the property, so you are always welcome to ask me any kind of information you maybe need. I am also available 24h a day on my mobile phone for anything you maybe need. Samonas is a peaceful village which has preserved its authentic character due to being very small and quiet with few inhabitants. There are a number of places to explore, and the beach is nearby. We recommended to rent a car and here are directions how to get to Samonas. a) From Chania airport follow the route: Airport - Souda - Megala Horafia - Styos - Samonas. More specific: 7km from the airport you turn left to Souda. Then enter the high way with direction to Rethymnon. A few kilometers after, follow the exit to Megala Horafia and go straight ahead to the village of Stylos. At the end of Stylos village, the road is separated. You have to follow the right acclivitous one. After 5km you will reach Samonas village. Our traditional houses are on your left hand, after the first couple of residences. b) From Heraklion airport follow the route: Airport - Rethymnon - Kalyves - Stylos - Samonas. More specific: From Heraklion - Rethymnon head to Chania. From the high way follow the exit to Kalyves and then left to the villages of Armenoi - Neo Horio - Stylos. At the entrance of Stylos, turn left and follow the narrow acclivitous road to Samonas (5km). Our traditional houses are on your left hand, after the first couple of residences. Although everybody is welcome, in order to ensure a safe, relaxing and quiet environment to all, we do not recommend our complex to children under 12y.o. Smoking is not allowed into the villas. The upper floor has a large living room , a double bedroom and a WC with shower. The upper floor has two verandas and the front one offers a magnificent view to the Aegean sea. In the lower floor there are three bedrooms,a kitchen and a dining room, two full bathrooms and a large veranda. The pool is right in front of the house and the sea immediately after. Guests renting this house have their own free parking space for three cars. Private entrance. Your hosts stay in the house in the right and they will be there for you for any assistance you may need. The villa is approximately a 5-minute walk through a seaside trail to a beautiful sandy beach to enjoy the sun and the sea until sundown. The beach offers one of the most iconic sunset views on the island. A tavern and a beach bar are open all day to cater to your needs. The bus stop is approximately 500 m away and a mini 24/7 market 600 m away. The villa is 4 km to Parikia, the port of Paros, 7 km to the new airport. Guests have access to the local bus. The bus stop is 500 meters away. The house offers free parking for three cars.
