A beautiful traditional house in the heart of Syros town, at the exclusive picturesque 'Vaporia' neighbourhood. The house is built on the rocks, with a unique view of the Aegean sea. It is built on four levels (many steps!) with private access to the seaside and a private open terrace. The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.

Shops, restaurants, bars, and clubs are within walking distance, yet the area is very quiet and calm!

The 35sq meters studio is on a very calm hill, surrounded by a protected area (Natura 2000) (no concrete street), about 2 km from Afantou beach. It was built by the Venetians in the 15th century as a part of a complex of 24 houses joined into a square defensive form that surrounded and protected the main tower that used to be there.
