With its open fire, sunny courtyard, and vintage feel, this romance of this cottage will ensure your break on the stunning north Cornish coast will be a break to remember. Pop on the fluffy dressing gowns and relax as you chill in front of the open fire, or you could just pop to the quaint historic country pub a few yards down the road on your return from one of the many stunning beaches. Downstairs there is a wet room with fired earth tiles, underfloor heating, jam pan basin and Soap Co toiletries, quarry tiled floor to the kitchen with stable door. Dishwasher, ceramic hob and neff oven, butler sink. Dualit toaster and Kettle and ROK coffee maker. Integrated fridge. The lounge has a open fire with coal, kindling supplied. Dressing gowns and slippers are also provided. A vintage style record player and vinyl records are also in the bedroom. A selection of vinyl is also provided but why not bring your own special song and surprise your partner. Wifi included. Courtyard enclosed garden, with outside power, seating, lighting and cobblestones. As soon as you arrive you will be able to make that cup of tea, we provide tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, freshly ground coffee, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and fresh flowers. We also provide a few goodies for yourself and should you book you dog in a welcome pack for your furry friend. Dogs are charged at £20 per booking. You will have the whole of the property and the outside courtyard all to yourselves. Approached up a quarter mile long driveway, this is the west wing of a large Cotswold farmhouse set in a courtyard within 12 acres of fields and is the most perfect retreat. Where possible a two nights stay over weekend please. The wing has its own private front door and is self contained. It is immaculately clean and has BT broadband wifi. Outside we have an astro tennis court and have an area beside there with chairs and table to sit and relax
