The house sits across the street from Clam Cove and is not directly on the beach. Beach access is private, quick and easy. There is also a large back yard to play or relax in.

We named Moon Bay Cottage for our favorite time to visit, when the moon is full, and the moonlight shimmers on the waters of Penobscot Bay. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cottage by the sea. Walk along the the shoreline to explore downtown Belfast. A turn in the other direction takes you to City Park. Or, if its just a simple rest you need, settle into a rocking chair on the porch with a good book and breath in the clean ocean air.
