This is a newly converted annexe with all modern fittings within a secure private drive on the edge of the stunning village Butleigh, 5 mins Millfield School and walking distance to centre of village, church, PO shop and cricket grounds. Close to Glastonbury and Street with fantastic walks and cycling in the area. It is open planned but Perfect for families as can sleep up to 3 children. The cottage has recently been renovated with a new kitchen and various decorative updates. Montacute is a small village and civil parish in Somerset, England, 4 miles (6.4 km) west of Yeovil. The village is built almost entirely of the local hamstone. At the centre of the village is a large square known as the 'Borough' around which are grouped picturesque cottages

The village has a grocery shop, butcher, restaurant, pub, children’s playground and lots of walking all close by. The cottage is the perfect retreat and base to visit all Somerset and Dorset has to offer. There are two double bedrooms offering accommodation for upto 4 guests. The cottage garden is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine by the fire pit.

Situated in a delightfully rural village on a working farm, the Seed House has been tastefully converted with oak beams and brick and stone features. Easy access to many famous attractions, such as Stourhead (NT) and The Newt in Somerset. Excellent pub in village. On site there are 3 well stocked coarse fishing lakes (Higher Farm Fishery) available - free fishing for one guest during their stay. Well behaved dogs welcome. Off road parking.
