It has a stunning entrance hall, huge open plan kitchen and a utility room. Two bedrooms have their own ensuite. There is fantastic walking around, lovely pubs and great places nearby to visit including Salisbury, Stonehenge, Longleat Safari park, many historical sites and beaches within the hour. Dog friendly annexe with rural views at Hell Lane

Our cosy, dog friendly self catering annexe sleeps 2 with everything you need for a short rural stay. The one room, with ensuite shower room, has a double bed, kitchenette with cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, table, seating area with TV, Netflix, Alexa and free wifi. The annexe is nestled between our house and another holiday let at start of the infamous 'Hell Lane' where Julia Bradbury filmed her memorable walk to Symondsbury along the holloways in her 'Walks with a View' programme.

Set in 110 acres of land on the beautiful Exe Estuary the thatched farmhouse dates from the 17th Century and is a quiet peaceful oasis but only a short stroll from the centre of Exmouth and the large expanse of golden sands of Exmouth beach. A short drive and you can experience the dramatic wonders of Dartmoor or Exmoor. The picturesque village of Lympstone with a number of great foodie pubs is just a stroll away along the Exe Trail which passes the front of the farm, so no need to drive!

Guests also have the open spaces of Poole Park only 5 minutes walk away.
