The Grotto is the downstairs half of a vintage beachside beachhouse owned by "the sandcastle lady" - sandy feet. With 1 bedroom and 2 full baths, it can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably with full kitchen, spacious living area and enclosed patio/dog rest area. Fully equipped for your best pal with a large pet door and an even larger kennel. Beach toys, boogie boards — everything you need for your Padre vacation in one place. Let's build a sandcastle - that is what your hosts are famous for!

WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE? 2BR, 2 BATH. LARGER THAN MOST...SPREAD OUT 500 foot walk to one of the few SPI beach entrances with restrooms and showers. Ground floor adult living condo gets a person in the mood for salt life vacation without dragging luggage up and down stairs. Great dining with in one block walking distance e.g. Mexican food of Chilito Pikin. Craft beers from Padre Island Brewing company. Tom and Jerry's bar and grill. Josephine’s for Breakfast & Lunch, Whataburger for a quick bite.

This condo has a master bedroom with a queen bed, two bunk beds in the hall & queen sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen is equipped with all appliances & cooking needs such as dishes, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, blender & toaster. Dining area sits 6. This unit is located on the ground floor which makes it very convenient to load/unload suitcases & groceries. Only a few steps to the beach. The best aspect of this condo is its location having a lots of amenities within walking distance.

8th Floor beachfront 2B/2B condo at Saida IV. There are 3 pools, 4 hot tubs, 4 tennis courts, shuffleboard, a pool-side food and bar cabana (seasonal). It's walking distance to shops, restaurants and Schlitterbahn. We have new appliances, flooring, couches, a washer/dryer, and we're granting you access to the owners' closet w/beach chairs, beach toys, tennis rackets, etc. During Spring Break wrist bands are required for people ages 12 - 32; they're $30 +tax/ea. The Happy Heron-Oceanfront

This beautifully designed 1 bed 1.5 bath condo with picturesque views-of the Ocean & soothing sounds of the waves create the perfect beachfront experience for a couples getaway or family of 4. You forget the adult only hot tub is a building amenity when you’re only 10 feet away. The fully stocked kitchen with bar seating for 6 is the perfect space to gather. The oversized (210 square foot) balcony is perfect to take a nap in our lounge chairs, watch the fireworks or dine al-fresco.

This condo sleeps 8 comfortably and is conveniently located at the very center of the resort. This provides access to both heated and non heated pools, BBQ area, kids playground & tennis/padel courts, all within a minute walk. The beach is about a 1-2 minute walk. The distance is just enough to be away from the crowds and have a quiet, relaxing and private time on the balcony.

Just across the street from the beach, this well-appointed one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit features a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a futon in the living room, along with a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Each room is equipped with a 50-inch HD TV. The entrances and driveways are completely separate from the main house, ensuring your privacy. The downstairs unit is accessed through a private gated area that leads to the entry door on the side of the house.

Our beaches are open! Located on the 6th floor of Saida IV condominiums, our warm and inviting beachfront 2 bedroom condo has true island atmosphere. It comfortably sleeps 8 and has a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer for your convenience. Tennis courts, pools, hot tubs, pool side bar, beach and umbrella rentals. Our internet connection gives has the bandwidth you need for 14 devices to conference on Zoom or 20 devices to stream Netflix.
