The house is 25-30 minutes walk from the Hobart wharf/Salamanca /Hobart city. The house itself is warm and friendly with 3 to 4 good sized bedrooms and a large, sunny open plan kitchen, dinning, lounge area with (in winter) a clear view of beautiful Mt Wellington. A playground, basketball/tennis courts and oval are just around the corner. Great location for kids.

We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Mountain View Guest House

Our Guest home is nestled in the foothills of Mount Wellington and is only minutes to the CBD by bus . The free standing house is one bedroom with a queen bed and has a double sofa inner spring bed in the living room, a spare single mattress bed is also available for extra people. Although the house can accommodate 5 people, the house is quite small and is not really suitable for 5 adults if you need lots of space, Families with kids will manage OK just don't expect heaps of extra space.

Gracious living of a time gone by - warm inviting

3 bedroom sandstone home built in the 1830s. Wander up the garden steps to find thick stone walls, Georgian windows, pressed tin ceiling and polished floor boards. Gas heaters for cosy winters and bathroom with bath and seperate shower. Quality stylish furnishings have been used throughout. 1 spacious bedroom downstairs, the 2 upstairs attic bedrooms are interconnecting. The garden is established and fenced for pets to stay. A short stroll to the cafes and quaint shops of south hobart.

The Bakehouse - character - history - convenience

The bake house is a unique historical building circa 1880 that has been converted into contemporary accomodation. It is part of a precinct of three buildings, all relating the same function of supporting "Watson's" Bakery in the shop facing Macquarie street (now a funky homewares shop). You get to enjoy a three bedroom house. Three bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom and toilet, living kitchen, dining and laundry downstairs. You have your own private courtyard with a picnic setting.

Nestled away in bustling North Hobart is Little Arthur. Brother to Little Elizabeth, Little Arthur has all the conveniences at your door while also providing the comforts of home.
