The bedroom has 1 king size bed and 1 floor mattress. (floor mattress for booking as 3 guests. If there are only two guests but wish to use a floor mattress, there is an additional fee.) There is a balcony. 2 air conditions (1 in the Bedroom and 1 in the Living room). Bathroom include shower with rainfall shower head and bath tub. This apartment is located in Chang Khlan area in Chiang Mai. Easy access to Night Bazaar, Old town area and the airport. There are lots of chic places around; shops, cafes, coffee shops, local and international restaurants, grocery store, ATM, Banks. >> Facilities provided: << Hi speed wireless internet, 43" UHD 4K Smart TV in living room, Towels, Shampoo , Conditioner and Body wash, Washing and dryer machine, Iron/iron board, Minibar, Cookwares and Basic kitchen appliances (fridge, electric stove , hood, toaster, water boiler, microwave), Hair dryer, Gym and pool. There is 24 Hr. security guards and CCTV. Only people with keycard can enter the building. Guests can access to room's floor by taping with key card every time before pressing floor button. - 5 mins walk to the famous Night Bazaar, - 20 mins walk to Old city, Tha Pae Gate and Sunday Walking Street. - 15 mins drive from Chiang Mai International Airport. This condominium is in the heart of Chiang Mai, just a short stroll to the Night Bazaar, with seemingly endless market stalls, and the Old City, where there are countless temples, shops, and places to eat. The most common form of public transport is the red bus ( "Si-Lor Daeng" ) or local taxi ("Tuk-Tuk ") and they are easy to flag down. Just wave and let them know where you would like to go. You can also call “Grab” which is a brand new service in Chiang Mai. Please download Grab app on your mobile. >> Monthly rent condition : Please note that the monthly rate guests pay to Airbnb is excluding electricity usage. The electricity usage will be charged on actual usage at 10 baht per unit , water supply for 35 baht per unit during stay on the first day of each month and on the checkout date. If you turn on air conditioner only when you sleep at night, it should be around 1,500 Bath per month. Cleaning is only done once before check in. The extra charge 700 baht per time is required, if you would like the cleaning and change of towels and linen during your stay. Please let me know in advance so I could arrange this for you. A stylish Balinese compound style with western amenities... Marble polished floors internally and honed marble on the patios and kitchen floors... 3 bedrooms- the master being the largest and quite majestic in size.. The other two bedrooms are separate from the master suite pavillion under one roof.. All bedrooms have ensuites and all bedrooms have air conditioning, all overlook the the sparkling pool...crisp linen, bamboo with Egyptian cotton or 1000 thread Egyptian cotton or cool cotton she's made in ubud... The whole villa compound is for your use enjoyment like your very own home ......with the exception of selected locked cupboards where my personal things are....heaps of videos you may watch if you decide to stay in. My staff Komang and Ketut will be at the villa daily to ensure you are comfortable and happy preparing your breakfasts making beds, tending the garden, pool etc....the villa is meticulously cleaned daily.... Transport to ubud is very easy either by taxi or I can organise a driver to meet you for US$23-25. Getting around ubud is so easy as you don't need a car as my villa is close enough to everything... It is absolutely the best location in ubud... In my street Jalan jembawan is radiantly alive yoga studio, well known and very popular.. Also Ketut arsarna body works yoga studio in Jalan Hanoman a brief walk away... My villa is nestled amongst the community homes and all the families are very friendly... There are day spas close by and many many restaurants... For cultural events you only need to walk through 2 lanes to enjoy the night time kecak fire dance.... The villa ensures privacy for your enjoyment like your very own home ..... My staff Komang and Ketut will be at the villa daily to ensure you are comfortable and happy preparing your breakfasts making beds, tending the garden, pool and cleaning.... For a memorable stay there is no need to look further!!! Everything is within walking distance. Being right in the heart of ubud you can walk nearly everywhere. No need for a car as everything is within five minutes walk so you can feel very safe during the day and during the night. If you want to go on a day trip my staff can organise a driver to take you sightseeing to all the favourite spots if you like.. Explore nearby to find convenience stores and supermarkets, or walk for only 10 minutes to the Nana BTS Skytrain Station to venture to Siam Square. Our place is close to public transportation. You can walk for 10 minutes, recommended morning and evening, to Nana BTS (Skytrain) Station which you can take inbound way to Siam Square (Siam Paragon and Siam Center) passing Central Chidlom and Central World and further to Weekend Market (Chatuchak Station), and if you take outbound route, it would take you to Asoke Station which is interchange for MRT (Subway) and right at the Station, Terminal 21 - popular shopping and food complex. Going BTS further outbound to Promphong Station, you will reach Emquartier/Emporium Shopping Complex, and further to Thonglor Station which is the most trendy and vibrant area for fusion dining, drinking and entertaining. Upon first arrival, the security guard will have a small checking with you before letting you into the premises. No worry - the guard will be advised of your arrival times and period of stay.

If you are unfamiliar with Chiang Mai, I can offer you airport transfer to and from the airport. I charge 300 Baht I also offer WIFI HotSpot (pocketWIFI) with unlimited data for 150 Baht per day.
