The Scenic Large Room

We are located right in the middle of town, above the iconic Milton Hotel, which was built in 1870 and lovingly refurbished in 2019. Our Scenic Large Room is perfect for a couple or a solo traveller. With its 24 square metre layout, it features reverse cycle air conditioning, with well-appointed locally custom made cabinetry, and views across the green hills of Milton out to Green Island surf spot. Tea and coffee making amenities as well as a mini bar and Leif bathroom products in the ensuite bathroom. Smart TV's and high speed NBN is available in this room so be sure to pack your device.

This luxurious and spacious premium room is located in the Historic Fitzroy Inn overlooking the beautifully manicured gardens. Set a midst five acres of tranquil gardens with a stream flowing through it, and dotted with century-old oaks, it is certainly an estate to visit. The room opens to the northern verandah. Each room is individually styled with the romance and charm of a bygone era. The room is located on the ground floor and have the option of King or twin share configuration.

This spacious Queen Studio apartment has glimpses of the ocean from its patio, comfortable living area with kitchenette and dining area. Guests have full use of the pool and BBQ facilities. We may change your room to a queen with balcony to fit other bookings. This room opens onto the large deck so has fantastic views and only one flight of stairs. No bath, large shower. Please note we are not suitable for children under 16.
