Nice artistic studio in Sofia's top center

I am pleased to offer you to stay at a nice and cozy studio in the top center of Sofia, just 2 minutes away from the main street Vitosha and the National Palace of Culture. The actual location is given on map. IMPORTANT: In general, check-in is set earliest at 2pm and check-out at 12pm. This does not necessarily need to be strict, it depends on guests before and after you and of course, on my daily program. In this sense, please do ask, if you need anything. I am here to make your stay better :)

A 107m2, 3-room separate apartment in the heart of Sofia. Just a 10-min walk from the National Palace of Culture and the popular Vitosha Blvd. A lot of public transport lines nearby. Located on the 2. floor (no elevator) of an old-time building in a green and quiet street. There is a backyard garden for guests and building residents. No parking space included! Green zone area with specific parking restrictions. Note some personal details are required for each guest. Check-in: after 15:00

The Cathedral

Welcome in cozy and stylish apartment located in one of the best areas of Sofia - close to everything in the city cente. 350m from the Cathedral, National gallery Quadrant 500, National art gallery and very near to different kinds of transport (tramway, underground- University station, many shops, caffees and restaurants. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, with lots of light. The apartment consists of a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. There is a paid parking lot 1 km from the apartment.

Courthouse #3- Luxury communist style

A nice and well located studio in 110 years old building, where the most popular Russian opera singer Shalyapin had his "afterparty" in the early 30ies. Located at the very center, only 10 meters from the Courthouse and 40 meters from the Vitosha blv and St. Nedelya church. This area offers a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. The studio is really quiet, although it is in the main city center. You’re always welcome to knock on my door for tips about Sofia’s life.

Cheapest whole apartment in the center of Sofia

A separate apartment in Sofia’s centre. Located 10 mins from the National Palace of Culture and from the most popular street in the city - Vitosha. There are also a lot of public transport lines nearby. The apartment is located on the 4th floor with no elevator in the building. Please also note that this part of the center of Sofia is in a 'green zone', which makes parking on the streets difficult, so in case you are coming with a car, you would need to find a paid parking.
