'Sallees' is an eco-luxe tiny home located on a 7 acre farm on the banks of the Mowamba River in the Snowy Mountains, NSW. Take a plunge in the river, or soak in the spectacular river and mountain views from your own wood-fired bath set amidst a grove of native Black Sallee trees. Located 15 mins from Jindabyne and 40 minutes from Perisher/Thredbo, Sallees is a peaceful mountain retreat and adventure-seekers' base, with hiking, fishing, biking and snowsport adventures on your doorstep.

Tiny House Heaven! Ideal place to retreat from the stresses of city life. Wake up with the kookaburras and experience off grid living, in cosy Tiny House with everything you need. This beautiful Tiny House, was constructed in 2020 with the mind set of "Reduce, Re-Use, Recycle..." This resulted in a more time consuming construction (9 months). But it also meant less of an environmental impact... For example, all of the external cladding would have gone into skip bin/landfill otherwise.

Old Shearers Quarters, pets welcome, at our property, Boloco West. Just 15 mins drive to Jindabyne. Original shed facade with renovated interior and quality inclusions. Open fire, spa, three bedrooms. Large private outdoor area with campfire, deck with outdoor dining, BBQ and hot tub. Free Wi-Fi. Our menu includes pizzas and slow cooked meals freshly prepared in our farm kitchen. Guests can walk or mountain bike around the farm and enjoy our amazing views and abundant wildlife.

Off-grid Tiny House – Big Yard Escapes, Wilderness

Big Yard Escapes has two Tiny Houses set on vast, peaceful bushland near Jindabyne. Mighty gum trees rest on hills rolling down to the rumbling Mowamba River where deer and kangaroos roam. The off-grid Tiny Houses have plush furnishings, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, gas heating and refrigerated airconditioning. Big Yard Escapes also has a web site with videos. Big Yard Escapes does not charge service fees.
