This second story studio apartment has beautiful views of the New River/Wilson Bay area in Downtown Jacksonville. Minutes to all Military Bases, local shopping , malls. Check out the Riverwalk downtown area for morning walks or jogging. This 1 bedroom studio is a perfect relaxing getaway . The bedroom has a queen bed with full bath. ( if needed a single roll away bed or an air mattress can be provided)

Spectacular water views and a shared dock for fishing, kayaks, etc. Just a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Topsail island. Wood look luxury vinyl plank flooring and coastal decor make this a comfortable retreat. There are two designated parking spots. Guest suite is the finished lower level area of the right side of the duplex with a private entrance and a private covered waterfront patio.

Virginia’s Country Cottage, a charming guest house constructed in 2020, nestled on 40 acres behind our residence. Enjoy your own private yard and relax on the new outdoor patio featuring a gas fire pit. This 950-square-foot retreat offers tranquility in a secluded setting while still being close to Western Blvd. Nearby amenities include restaurants, grocery stores, a movie theater, mall, and Walmart, making it an ideal spot for those visiting cities surrounding onslow county.
