The home sits conveniently close to the waters edge on a flat lot making walking to and from the dock quick and easy. The dock is a spacious two story dock with an open slip and deep water access. The home sits across the bay from Lake Lanier Islands waterpark. The home rests in a protected cove with very little boat traffic.

Its floor plan is designed to accommodate families and friends wanting to vacation together in a cozy setting.
