The party barn has ping pong, game table, games, and kitchenette. Further on is the boat dock with lifts where you could keep your boat, use our kayaks, or just swing in the nice breeze. A big fire pit is available. We are about 22 miles from Tyler with attractions and shopping begging to be explored. Park in the adjacent garage.
