The location is remote and peaceful, situated in a tranquil and beautiful nature surrounded by majestic mountains and an amazing lake view. The cozy cabin is the perfect hideaway ideal for couples, small family or solo travellers in search for a special and inspiring getaway.

Located only a 50 minute drive north from Reykjavík, this cozy cabin serves as a perfect base to discover all the south-west and west of Iceland. Relax by the fireplace after a day of adventure or have a refreshing time in the hot tub in the midnight sun with the birds chirping, or with the northern lights dancing in the sky. The area offers great hiking trails with stunning scenery.

Our 78 square meter 1 bedroom cottage is located 50 minutes drive from Reykjavik. The cottage is luxurious and has an outdoor natural water hot tub from where you can enjoy the Northern Lights or the fantastic sunset. The living area and the balcony have a spectacular view overlooking the fjord and surrounding mountains. The cottage is a great base for day tours in the south or west of Iceland. Gullfoss, Geysir, Thingvellir and Snæfells glacier are all within 1-2 hours’ drive.

Hóll Guesthouse

Come for a stay at a farm in the South-west part of Iceland. Enjoy the nature on a conventional Icelandic farm. During winter you might see the northern lights and experience the constant day during summer. Dairy cows, sheep and horses roam around on the farm in the summer but stay inside during winter. Additionally, a total of 4 dogs live, work and play on the farm. This is a working farm so don't be alarmed by tractors and all sorts of farm noise and smells.

Húsið er með opnu rými stofu og fullbúnu eldhús með sófa sem hægt er að breyta í svefnsófa, baðherbergi með sturtu og 1 svefnherbergi með tveimur 90 x 200cm rúmum. Handklæði og rúmföt eru til staðar.
