Lilac Villa is a very large and beautiful 5 bedroom Edwardian Style House, dated 1906, converted to a Holiday Home in Skegness. Just five minutes walk to the beach (dog friendly )and to the Sea Front and main promenade. The property is located in the quieter North part of the town, however it's only a 10 minute walk to the town centre. From the kitchen are double french doors onto the deck. Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.
