Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε συγκρότημα κατοικιών, σε απόσταση 180 μέτρων από την πανέμορφη παραλία και μέσα σε έναν καταπράσινο κοινόχρηστο χώρο. Αποτελείται από δυο υπνοδωμάτια, ενιαίο καθιστικό-κουζίνα, ένα μπάνιο. Το μπαλκόνι είναι μεγάλο και σε άμεση επαφή με το πράσινο της αυλής.
