Welcome to Barra Shores, an Escape for Every Body. Relax with family or friends at this peaceful location. The beautiful landscape overlooks the Northumberland Shore. The property includes barrier-free facilities such as wooded trails, open field, gazebo, surrounding cement walkways and easy water access. Unwind in the hot tub or cozy up around the fire pit while enjoying the amazing view. Our cottage is a place where people of all ages and abilities can stay, escape and enjoy the outdoors.

Miracles on Polly - Memory Lane Cabin

Inspired by Mother Goose, or the figures one holds dear. A place for her to rest after a long fairy tale journey. A place to remember and cherish her mementos and treasures she has collected along the way. A cabin and space that embraces both creativity and comfort. Filled with antiques and refurbished furniture, pianos, and organs. This is our third cabin we have installed on our four acre property. There is an exclusive 6 person hot tub off the veranda and the sauna is only steps away.

Reid's Cove Retreat

Reid's Cove Retreat has been crafted as a modern couple's retreat, nestled in beautiful Tatamagouche NS. Take in the special details of this romantic space, including hot tub, massive front windows with an amazing view, and paddle boards to enjoy the water access. Explore the village of Tatamagouche and near by attractions including Fox Harb'r, Brule Point and Northumberland Links Golf courses, Jost Vineyards, Tatamagouche Brewing and Ski Wentworth along with tons of hiking trails.

As a more-affordable option to a hotel, it is the perfect spot to rest for a night or 2 as you explore Nova Scotia. Suitable for 2 people (pls note there are no kitchen facilities), this unique landmark is in close proximity to all of the conveniences of New Glasgow - including walking distance to the New Glasgow Farmer’s Market and many great local restaurants! Experience rustic-modern living in our cozy cabin with a view! Rest in our loft on a queen bed, or on the main floor on the double sleeper sofa. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, utensils, and propane cooktop. Enjoy entertainment with a 24" smart TV upstairs. Outside, unwind in the private hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or relax with a book in your favourite adirondack chair, and savor meals at the picnic table. Private Hot Tub River Retreat

The “Kenzie B” cottage is a newly built cottage with unique features throughout like a sliding steel barn door, a steel shower and old barn beams along the ceiling. The covered veranda off the front of the cottage provides you with stunning views of the tidal river and a private hot tub overlooks the river as well. Swim, boat, float, whatever you wish, the river awaits! We also have a motorized floating picnic table for rent if you'd like to explore the river some more.

The Lawrence Loft

Modern 2-bedroom apartment, perfect for sports enthusiasts and families. Centrally located just minutes from local sports facilities, including rinks, baseball fields, curling clubs, track & field, and the Stellarton Soccer Complex. Quick access to New Glasgow and Aberdeen Hospital. Includes king bed, two single beds, in-unit laundry, and a fully equipped kitchen. Sinclair’s Island Retreat on Northumberland Strait

Set back from a clifftop on the Northumberland Strait, 3 minute walk to beautiful sandy beach. 1900 sq. ft. Cottage has been completely renovated inside with new kitchen, bath, flooring, all furnishings and appliances replaced. 30ft. Front deck has covered and open sections. Stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, tv /w DVD player, Roku TV, surround sound stereo, full tub and shower. Three bedrooms, sleeps six. Crib available upon request.

Calling all adventurers! Kabina offers a unique stay with four seasons of adventure. Just 10 minutes to world-class food and drink in Tatamagouche, 6 minutes to Drysdale Falls, and 20 minutes to Ski Wentworth, it’s the perfect basecamp.
