The Beach House is located in Silver Strand, offering opportunities for a vacation of adventure and relaxation. The house is half a block away from the beach and is in close proximity to local restaurants and shops.

Really cool 2 bedroom, close to the beach!

My two bedroom apartment is all on the 2nd floor of the building. You will like it because it is close to the Oxnard harbor and beaches. My place is 35 minutes to Malibu and 40 minutes to Santa Barbara :) Note: The front door of this condo faces an alley. There is potential for noise from the neighbors and also noise from cars passing by.
