This cottage has a bedroom featuring a queen size bed with an attached bath on the main level, as well as a bonus room upstairs with a full size sleeper sofa. Note that the only bathroom is off of the bedroom. This duplex cottage is one of 9 units at Cape Cod Cottages, with shared amenities including three Level 2 EV chargers, a laundry room and a game room with foosball and ping pong. It’s located directly on Big Stump Beach, with miles of sand in each direction. Waldport - a great location for crabbing and clamming - is just to the North - and the quaint town of Yachats, with tide pools and charming shops and restaurants is just to the South.

Pet Friendly and Ocean Views! The Otter Rock Surf Yurt overlooks the Devil's Punchbowl beach and an easy walk to Beverly beach, Mo's West Chowder & Seafood, Flying Dutchman Winery, Pura Vida Surf Shop, and Cliffside Coffee & Sweets. The Yurt is equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom and shower, gas heat stove, WiFi/TV, BBQ, and outdoor shower. BYOB - bring your own bedding, with two futons and oversize Paco Pads (firm), we recommend bringing extra blankets for padding and chilly coastal nights.

Siletz Riverhouse - We are Unique! Let's Talk!

Dock is unavailable! It's summer on Siletz River which can be fun, but with a caveat. Our dock is inaccessible and not available for guest use. Guests may still enjoy the house and deck, but without access to our dock or river from the house due to major floods in December and March ‘26. We are in the process of river bank reclamation, but it will not be completed by your requested dates. Also, we are a remote location without Internet, WiFi, or cell service, but offer peace and quiet instead.

Walking distance to coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, performing arts, visual arts, galleries, shopping and pubs...this place has it all! Sunsets here are breathtaking.

Sleep on the water in this Chris Craft power yacht. Located 12 Miles up the Yaquina River from Newport in the small town of Toledo. The Millbilly Deluxe is a permanently moored vessel for you to use as your home base as you explore the Central Oregon Coast. The boat is docked at the Port of Toledo's public marina. There are a few walkable dining options that are within 5 minutes of the boat, and the summer weather in Toledo can be 10-15 degrees warmer and much less windy than in Newport.

Our small STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! Neskowin has a good wine/deli/market on site. Please reference pictures to see the trundle bed twin + last pic for location off US Hwy 101.
