Features full kitchen w/ oven-stove, microwave, mini-fridge, Keurig, small countertop area. Small sofa in living area, TV & recliner. One bathroom-walk-in ceramic tile shower, bench seating. Enjoy the ambience of the outdoor kitchen/pool area. However, POOL, grills and fire pit are OFF LIMITS TO GUESTS. NO SMOKING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE PROPERTY! No pets. No children!

Build a fire in the firepit while you watch the sunset. Watch the fish eat when the feeder goes off. You may even see an otter or ducks on the water. Across the road, cows may be grazing in the pasture or the farmers may be tending the field. You may even hear a donkey bray. Relax and enjoy.

The Cottage is located on Seales Farm- a working cattle farm with views of pastures, grazing horses and some unusual sounds (guineas and lowing cattle.) This pastoral and rustic setting offers solitude- NO TV and NO WiFi . - There is a private outdoor seating area with a great view. We are a little more than an hour from Pensacola Beach, Fl. which boasts historical Fort Pickens and 75 miles from Gulf Shores, AL. Wind Creek Casino just 20 minutes away.

The Rusty Brick Studio

Come relax at this unique, cozy studio and enjoy a quiet farm setting. The studio is located a mile from Newbern, along a main hwy 10 miles south of Greensboro, 20 east of Demopolis and 50 miles south of Tuscaloosa. The studio has brick floors and the interior wood walls and beams are from reclaimed barn wood. We want our guests to relax with a good cup of coffee, a great night's sleep and time to enjoy an Alabama sunset from the front porch chairs!
