The Coach House

The Coach House is located on our mountain top horse and lavender farm. We offer youth summer camps so are set up for fun outdoor adventures and activities. Have fun with our horses, goats, and chickens! You can take a 10 min walk over to Nonno's Restaurant for wine/pizza/BBQ and bacchi ball, or take an 8 min drive into Los Gatos, or 15 min to Santa Cruz for the beach and some of the best restaurants and spas around!. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, kids, & behaved dogs!

Homestead Barn Loft: Tesla Chargers

Newly built detached barn with a cozy loft apartment upstairs on our 6 acre homestead / wedding venue. We have 2 Tesla electric car chargers, high speed Comcast WiFi (89.6 Mbps download 35.9 Mbps upload), brand new mattresses and a cozy place to relax. Just a short drive to Yosemite National Park Entrance (just over an hour-56 miles away), Pinecrest Lake, Historic Downtown Sonora and Columbia, Dodge Ridge Ski Resort, Black Oak Casino and countless hiking trails in the Stanislaus National Forest!

On the large deck one can sip on a glass of wine watching the sunset or sip on a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise.

River Lodge w/ Hot Tub, Views & Private Swimming

Copper Lodge is a private 12-acre retreat with shaded outdoor living, river access, and spacious areas to spread out and unwind. Montgomery Vineyard was once part of the oldest dairy farm in San Luis Obispo County. The unique accommodations offers guests an eclectic décor of antiques and memorabilia from behind the camera in Hollywood. The views from the large, private deck are of the vineyard and the vineyard covered hills beyond. It is a lovely, relaxing place to enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine made from the grapes grown in Montgomery Vineyard. Beautiful Avila Beach is just down the road.

The Bunkhouse at Patterson Ranch

Stay in our charming 2-bedroom Bunkhouse on a 20-acre working ranch nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills! Features include a cozy living room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, desk area, kitchenette (mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, (single burner & bbq outside), central AC/heat, and a bathroom with shower. Expect ranch vibes, worker comings and goings, and summer/fall dust! PET FEE is no longer refundable as most pet owners refuse to follow the rules.
