Our recently remodeled two bedroom, one bath home is located in central Redding. Walking distance from the Sundial Bridge, the Civic Center, and downtown eateries. Close to shopping, and the Sacramento River Tail System. Bear, my uber-friendly labordoodle and I live in the rear house. Our goal is a quiet and relaxing stay. We DO NOT allow parties, get-togethers, family gatherings etc. - because of the existing neighborhood rules and City parking limitations, and of course, Covid19 measures

One master suite with king bed with on-suite, one bedroom with king bed and one room with two queen beds. 2 pull out couches that turn into queen beds. Boat launch .2 mile away. Parking 8 cars/boat & trailer.
